About the Editor Michael Hunter said about his father's book, “I was struck by the way these Biblical stories had been distilled into such concrete and imagistic poetry.” Impressed by his father's unique work Michael used his interest in 19th century poet Stéphane Mallarmé to create the book's unusual visual layout. Bill said of Michael's contribution, "He created a poetry in the positioning that presents the great events of history as a crescendo.” Michael Hunter received an MA in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. A stage director, writer and teacher, Hunter is working on his PhD dissertation in theatre at Stanford University. |
